Refund Policy
At Afrolyss, for your online purchases, you can choose to receive a refund by returning your products or exchange them in store. The process is very simple.
Refunds
I purchased online and would like to return my products and receive a refund.
Please note the following conditions:

– You have only 14 days from the date of receipt of your package to exercise your right of withdrawal.
– You are responsible for the return shipping costs.
– Products eligible for return must be unopened, undamaged, and the original packaging must not have been unsealed . For extensions (wigs, weaves, etc.), no returns will be accepted if the product has been handled, altered, or used.
– You must download your return form:
This return slip must be returned duly completed with your shipment, and you must complete the form on exercising the right of withdrawal by [illegible text].
You must return the package without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving it.
Refunds for items paid for by credit card will be processed using the same payment method within a maximum of two weeks of your package being received at the warehouse.

Exchange
I would like to exchange my products in store
If you wish, you can visit a Afrolyss store to exchange your items:
– Within 14 days of receiving your package.
– The products must be complete, unopened, and/or unused .
– You will need to bring the invoice corresponding to your purchases, available onmy account .
Before going to the store for an exchange, please ensure they carry the product you want by contacting them by phone.
The exchange will be for an identical product or one of equal value. No store credit or cash refunds will be given for exchanges made in-store.
A defective product?
Contact Afrolyss as soon as possible ; they will take your request into account as quickly as possible and explain the procedure to you.
You have 3 days from receipt of your package to report any defective product.
